Byram's crossing was certainly better than the Cup games.

He was getting tons of help defensively against Palace and still picked up a card and really should have had one much earlier. The defensive part of his game still scares me.

I do agree that Antonio needs to play his way back in.

Re: Team V Brighton
What I don't like about Byram is that he fouls too readily.

He should be working to be a better defender, better at being the right position, and better at tackling.

The problem with relying on fouling to make up the difference between the player you are and the player you should be is that you never become the player you should be.

And you spend half your time suspended.

Re: Team V Brighton
Dont think Antonio should start even if fit. Clearly must not be towing the line if Moyes dropped him from the squad. Needs to sort his attitude out.

Half the player he was for us last season.

Would be harsh to drop Byram for Antoio as thought Byram had a good game against Palace.

Re: Team V Brighton
Be interesting to see Antonio as an actual wing back rather than a right back. Whether that is okay with him and whether we play that way is a different question.

If Antonio is fit enough, Moyes will start him at CF, Chich likely on the bench again, if not same team as Palace

Be surprised if he changes the 11 he put out against Palace.
